Camp Collins trip!!! 8:30am Luggage to playground with your name on it then day pack with lunch and water bottle filled to our classroom

 We will return to school at 3pm on Friday October 2^nd

Monday October 5^th-

·      Day in the life of animal story typed hook  including setting and character introduction

·      Essential questions and assignments from Camp Collins

·      Finish highlighting opinion and fact on articles about Santa Ana Fires and write up a current event sheet

Tuesday  October 6^th  –

·      Current event presentations- Red-Mel, Max, Paris, Abby, Casey, Kaya  NEW ASSIGNMENT SHEET   Make up- Amelia

·      Read  your forest novel up to- Fire in the Wind- page 100 and Riding the Flume page 114

Complete  handout assignments for week 2 with textual evidence and page numbers and sources for research

Finish non-fiction/ fiction compare sheet started in class
